Heroes

This is my new brainchild – a work in progress.

I have met so many outstanding soldiers and marines over the last few years. Each has their own story to tell. From ball turret gunners and radiomen in WWII to flight surgeons in Vietnam to a crew chief in Mogadishu and airmen, infantry and patrols in Iraq.

My request is that viewers who have their own story share it with me, so I can share it with viewers. Because the hero pages, like the Gold Star Boys, are reserved for the men and women who’ve fought – and continue to fight – in the name of the United States of America in order to defend our freedoms.
